When I walked into the salon, I was there for my sister. To my surprise, I walked in the door to see cheetah carpet, and black and white decor, I knew that I belonged here. Back to hair, my sister was getting her hair colored and after seeing her being treated so amazingly, I thought I would get my hair trimmed. To my surprise, I was greeted by Ellen almost instantly. She was really friendly. I really didn’t know what I wanted, but she knew what I needed. All I asked for was a trimmed. Not only did I get that, I got the most amazing styling tips! When she took my back to get my hair washed, she started telling me about love shampoo and conditioner. She started talking to me like I was her friend, not a client. She new instantly knew what to do with my hair. My hair was washed, conditioned, cut, blow dried, and curled with lots of hair saving tips, tricks, and products in what seemed like half an hour! She really made my experience and I will be back VERY soon! Ellen is the girl you want when you walk in the door!
